The FCT-LRO serves as the primary regulatory body responsible for the oversight, licensing, and management of ALL gaming activities (lottery, sports betting, casino gaming, interactive gaming, consumer sales promotional gaming activities and emerging markets) within the Federal Capital Territory. Our goal is to establish and maintain a gaming environment that is ethical, innovative, compliant, and socially responsible — an ecosystem where lawful operations thrive and citizens’ rights are protected.
